About the coach

Todd Toback better known as the “Lease Purchase Coach” has been exclusively specializing in Lease Purchase Deals since 2001.

His successes in Lease Purchasing have been broadcast on national television. Todd was also featured on Robert G. Allen’s (Mutliple Streams of Income, Creating Wealth, The Millionare Code) and Mark Victor Hansen’s ( Chicken soup for the soul”) national television program “The One Minute Millionaire”.

He has written several articles on how to structure deals which are featured on CREonline.com-the most popular creative real estate investing web site in the world. Todd has used Lease Purchasing to buy, sell, and control Millions of dollars of real estate throughout the past decade.

 

He has done deals on million dollar homes, condos, townhomes, single family homes, and even mobile homes. You name it, he can teach how to get top-dollar lease-purchasing it.

 

Although, he enjoys doing lease option deals, his real passion is to teach other how to sell their own properties on a rent-to-own basis. Coaching and teaching has always been one of Todd’s main passions. Even as a collegiate swimmer and team captain, Todd enjoyed mentoring younger athletes. In turn, he helped them to realize their full potential both in and out of the pool.

 

Todd still brings that strong desire to help others into his current real estate investment activities. He currently resides in San Diego with his wife and daughter but consults in all 50 states and Canada.
