What is included in the coaching?

“The Lease Purchase Coach” is not some fly by night seminar company.

I will work with you one-on-one on the phone, by e-mail, fax, even in person (locally) if you desire. I won’t speak once with you and send you out on your own. I will work with you until your property is filled.

 

I will be by your side to answer questions and make suggestions during the entire process. Unlimited consultation for all properties you own is also included for up to 12 months for no additional fee.

• Suggestions on how to screen tenant-buyers and consultation on how to select the correct tenant-buyer
• Follow-up support on any renewal of a lease-purchase agreement
• Consultation on any other property with no additional upfront fee

 

What is The Cost?

I am committed to see you succeed and to fill your property with quality tenant buyers. The consulting fee is pennies compared to the value that you receive. If you add together a 6% real estate commission, closing costs (you won’t pay either when I show how to structure deals), the cost of vacancy, and the additional rent you will receive when you do a lease purchase- the decision is a “no-brainer”.

 

We will work with you until your home is filled. I will “hold your hand” throughout the entire process. All consultations on renewals on the original property are included with no additional cost (up to 12 months). Additional properties have no additional fee. Please call for detailed pricing. Large Seminar Companies charge $5,000 to just stick you in a room with 200 other people. I will work with you one-on-one for a fraction of the cost.
